1. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing tickets through this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. All tickets are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD)
• Promotional pricing is subject to availability and may change without notice
• The discount shown is calculated from standard gate prices

3. Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid for the date selected during purchase
• Any Day tickets are valid on any public operating day within the specified validity period
• Season passes are valid for the entire 2026 operating season
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable

4. E-Ticket Delivery

Your e-tickets will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your tickets within 24 hours.

5. Park Entry

• Present your e-ticket (printed or on mobile device) at the park entrance
• Valid photo ID may be required for entry
• Admission is subject to park capacity and operating hours

6. Inclusions

Your Hersheypark ticket includes:

• Access to all rides and attractions (subject to height requirements)
• Same-day admission to ZooAmerica
• Live shows and entertainment

7. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. In case of park closure due to weather, guests may receive a return visit voucher as per park policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages occurring during your park visit. All guests assume inherent risks associated with theme park activities.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
